Vending Machines & Equipment
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on vending machines or hardware if:

The product is unused and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

The item is not damaged or customized

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or installed vending machines

Customized machines or branded wraps

Damaged items due to mishandling after delivery

Digital content or software features
Exchanges
If your machine arrives defective or damaged, we’ll offer:

A replacement machine, or
-
A repair at no cost (depending on the issue)
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be:

Processed to your original payment method

Issued within 7–10 business days

Subject to a restocking fee (if applicable) and return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
Consumables & Accessories
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables or perishable goods.
Unopened accessories (like payment devices or screens) can be returned within 14 days in original condition.
Return Instructions
Once approved, we’ll provide:
